Primary Care

The clinic offers both Naturopathic and Alopathic primary care services for members of the LGBTQQI2S communities and their families, including pediatric through geriatric wellness and illness check-ups, sexual and reproductive health care, addictions harm reduction plans, hormone therapy, pubertal suppression, and referrals to competent specialists in our vetted network.

Philosophy of Care

A large source of illness and disease for many LGBTQQI2S individuals is the pervasive social ignorance, prejudice and stigma towards people of our communities. It is clear to us that health and wellness are related to every aspect of someone’s life, not just their physical body.  We take a holistic approach to health; our care aims to improve physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and social wellbeing.  We believe that an integrative team approach to patient care is the best way to maintain good health and prevent people from falling through cracks between services.  We also believe that in order to change health outcomes in the LGBTQQI2S community, people must be empowered and given autonomy in making decisions about their health.   To engender this in our community, we operate on an informed consent model of care.
